For commercial use of this limited character evaluation font, please pay $5 (US) via PayPal, by clicking the donate button. Please make sure that this payment is sent to my registered PayPal address, which is coughymachine@aol.com and that you include your email address within the PayPal �notes to seller�. Upon receipt of a verified payment, a commercial licence document will be sent to you. An extended version of this font is in production. It will include a wide range of punctuation and symbols, as well as offering support for a wider range of European languages. If the Font does not perform as represented, the entire liability of the Owner shall be limited, at the Owner�s option, to either the replacement of the Font or the refund of the license fee You paid for the Font. The Owner does not warrant the performance or results You may obtain by using the Font. The Owner makes no warranties express or implied, as to merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event will the Owner be liable for any consequential, incidental or special damages, including any lost profits or lost savings, or for any claim by any third party.

The Owner has the right to terminate Your license immediately if You fail to abide by the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, You must destroy the original and any copies of the Font.

You agree to inform all users about the content of this agreement and to make sure that they comply with its terms.

This agreement may only be modified in writing.

If any part of this agreement is deemed void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the agreement.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of The United Kingdom.
